At Segments, we design streetwear for those who move with the city. If your gear doesn’t hit the mark, we offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery—because style should never settle.
Damages & Mishaps
Check your package when it arrives. If it’s damaged, defective, or the wrong piece, hit us up immediately at segmentspk@gmail.com. We’ll make it right—no excuses.
What Can’t Be Exchanged
Sale items and gift cards are final. Everything else can be swapped, but must meet our street-ready standards.

Processing
Once we get your piece, we’ll inspect it and process the exchange quickly. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll offer store credit so your style stays sharp.
